The fixed fee is a fixed sum of money for an agreed scope of work. It is generally suitable for large-scale projects including new builds.

This is the most flexible fee arrangement and is often used for small projects, or for the preparation of initial design concepts.

Fees are calculated as a percentage of the cost of the building or project.
